The question in have atm is can this system be applied to index and commodities on an intra day basis. Cheers David. Excellent introduction video and follow up to your ebook. You appear to have summed up in 30 minutes what other trainers waffle on about in many, many videos. I relate to several points you raise and am presently working on these issues, like my plan, which although I have one, is very vague and too much open to interpretation in the moment. I am at the moment creating rules to prevent over trading, especially when tired or frustrated which probably can be directly related to the lack of a plan.
